Abstract
This follow-up proposal builds upon the exceptional success of the Art Rocket Project in Brazil, highlighting the extensive creative, technical, and community-driven work completed between July and November 2025. The team not only achieved but significantly exceeded the original objectives—producing 14 professional-quality videos, composing original music, ensuring copyright compliance, and developing outreach initiatives such as the Baikonur Contest, which successfully attracted new MoonDAO citizens and continues to expand community engagement.
**The Q4 initiative focuses on finalizing and publishing these videos, which document MoonDAO’s humanitarian impact, astronaut Eiman Jahangir’s outreach, and the collaboration between MoonDAO, the Unity Foundation, and Brazilian partners, as well as the Baikonur launch coverage. It includes the publication of photos and videos from the launch, featuring MoonDAO citizens and the contest winner, and a follow-up campaign to engage and onboard new MoonDAO citizens who joined through the contest or launch trip. It also includes the structured archiving of over 25 GB of curated media content for MoonDAO’s historical repository.**
**While this proposal does not include a formal funding request, the team recognizes that the scope, duration, and impact of the work accomplished—spanning months of video production, music composition, copyright research, cloud management, and international outreach—represent a substantial contribution to MoonDAO’s mission. Beyond media creation, the Baikonur Contest was independently conceived and executed to attract new MoonDAO citizens and strengthen MoonDAO’s presence in Brazil and beyond. In light of these exceptional efforts, the team does not seek compensation but considers it appropriate that the community may later choose to acknowledge these accomplishments through retroactive rewards.**
Problem
The Art Rocket Project in Brazil generated an unprecedented amount of valuable media showcasing MoonDAO’s real-world social and educational impact. However, this raw footage required extensive professional editing, structuring, and archiving before it could serve its long-term purpose. Without post-production and systematic organization, the visibility, storytelling power, and historical preservation of MoonDAO’s achievements risked being diminished. Additionally, because of the high production quality required—including custom soundtracks, cleared copyright, subtitles, and synchronization across multiple platforms—the project demanded far greater time and effort than initially estimated. The creation and management of the Baikonur Contest, designed to engage global audiences and onboard new citizens, also added substantial coordination and creative work that further amplified the project’s outreach success.
Solution
This follow-up proposal ensures the full completion, organization, and publication of all video and photo materials, together with long-term digital preservation. It consolidates the Q4 plan to finalize and distribute the remaining videos while permanently archiving over 25 GB of curated content.
Ongoing work includes:
- Editing and publishing videos highlighting the Art Rocket Project and associated humanitarian outreach in Brazil.
- Producing a full-length video about Eiman Jahangir’s talks in Brazil as both a Blue Origin astronaut and a cardiologist.
- Re-editing multiple videos to ensure full YouTube copyright compliance through free-access or original music.
- Composing original soundtracks to enhance the emotional narrative and avoid copyright issues.
- Preparing and optimizing 77 top photos for MoonDAO Town Hall presentations and media releases.
- Work on the Baikonur Contest, which required participants to become MoonDAO citizens—directly resulting in community growth and increased visibility.
- Publishing the photos from Baikonur launch with MoonDao citizens
- Organizing get together of MoonDao citizens in Moscow.
- Following up on new citizens coming because of our outreach work in Brazil and during Baikonur contest.
- Researching, selecting, and testing verified cloud storage platforms, followed by uploading over 25 GB of curated footage.
- Reviewing and curating footage from partners and collaborators at hospitals, schools, and space institutions.
- Editing and publishing educational workshop videos filmed across Foz, Brasília, Natal, and Rio de Janeiro.
- Creating videos documenting visits to the Brazilian Space Agency, Brasília Planetarium, Habitat Marte, Almirante Tamandaré School and Astronaut Forum in Natal.
- Producing a full-length video (around 5 min.) about Eiman Jahangir’s path from Iran to Brazil.
- Maintaining a detailed production spreadsheet tracking progress, publication status, and media metadata.
These remaining deliverables will complete the full series and ensure a coherent media archive that captures the impact and legacy of the project.
Benefits
Expands MoonDAO’s visibility through 14 professionally produced, story-driven videos distributed across platforms. Strengthens community growth through initiatives such as the Baikonur Contest, which directly brought new members into the DAO. Establishes a permanent media archive preserving over 25 GB of curated content for long-term transparency and education. Enhances MoonDAO’s credibility by documenting real-world humanitarian and educational collaborations.
Risks
• Publishing delays due to copyright—mitigated by creating original music and with cleared music. • Storage access issues—solved via multiple verified repositories. • Minor quality differences—reduced by consistent post-production editing. • Cancellation/postponement of Baikonur launch - will still have the legacy from the contest with 14 ideas, which can be transformed into project proposals.
Objectives
Objective #1: Complete and publish 14 videos documenting the Art Rocket Project in Brazil by the end of Q4, and archive all project materials in MoonDAO’s media cloud.
Key Results for Objective #1: 1. Publish 14 videos on MoonDAO channels. 2. Upload 25+ GB of curated media. 3. Provide a detailed production spreadsheet. 4. Compose 4 original music tracks.
**Objective #2: Baikonur Contest and Launch – Community Growth and Engagement** **Strengthen MoonDAO’s citizen base and global outreach through the creation and execution of the Baikonur Contest and trip to see the Launch, a creative engagement initiative designed to onboard new MoonDAO members and expand public awareness of the Art Rocket Project and its mission to unite art, science, and humanitarian impact.** **Key Results for Objective #2:**
- Contest Development: The contest concept, structure, and written framework were fully developed and documented, aligning with MoonDAO’s mission of decentralized creativity and open participation.
- Launch Integration and Media Deliverables: The contest culminates in a symbolic milestone — the upcoming Baikonur launch, where photos and video reports will be produced featuring MoonDAO citizens, the contest winner, and the Art Rocket Project at the launch site. These deliverables will serve as compelling media assets showcasing MoonDAO’s citizen-driven impact and global participation in tangible space-related events.
- Community Onboarding: Every contest participant was required to become a MoonDAO citizen as part of the entry process, resulting in a measurable increase in verified citizenship during the contest period. Also during the trip to Baikonur will be attracted more future MoonDao citizens when Contest Winner will share his story of being with MoonDao.
- Public Visibility and Engagement: The contest generated widespread visibility through MoonDAO’s official channels, with strong engagement across social media and community platforms, expanding MoonDAO’s audience in Latin America and internationally.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: The initiative successfully bridged art, science, and public outreach by connecting the Art Rocket Project in Brazil with the Baikonur launch site, through Unity foundation — symbolically linking creative expression with real-world space activity
- Replicable Model for Future DAO Campaigns: The Baikonur Contest established a scalable, community-driven model for future MoonDAO engagement programs, demonstrating how creative challenges can onboard citizens and strengthen the DAO’s global network.
